混合驾驶舱面板控制器硬件设计
Hardware Design of Hybrid Cockpit Panel Controller
传统的飞机驾驶舱控制面板采用直接模拟控制方式,显示输出设备种类和数量多,操作复杂,不易实现系统升级或扩展。本文根据现代飞机驾驶舱控制与显示功能的要求,将数字控制技术和ARINC429总线等技术应用于控制面板设计中,完成了基于DSP的混合驾驶舱面板控制器的硬件设计,实现了驾驶舱内控制面板的模拟、数字混合控制。混合驾驶舱面板控制器通过ARINC429总线、RS-485和RS-232通信,增加了驾驶舱控制面板与机舱内其它电子设备之间、各控制面板之间以及控制面板与显示设备之间的信息交互。混合驾驶舱面板控制器减轻了系统重量,方便了驾驶员操作,同时提高了系统可靠性和灵活性,为飞机驾驶舱全数字化发展奠定了实践应用基础。
raditional cockpit control panel adopts direct analog control mode. It is hard to system upgrade or expanding for its varieties of display output equipments and complex operation,. In this paper, digital control and ARINC429 bus technology are used in design of cockpit control panels, according to the control and display functional requirements of modern cockpit. Hardware design of cockpit panel controller has been completed and hybrid technology of analog and digital control in cockpit panel has been achieved. Information interaction of control panels, control panel with display system, and with other electronic aids in cockpit is added by means of ARINC429 bus,RS-485,RS-232 communication. Hybrid Cockpit Panel Controller has lightened system, improved system reliability and flexibility, laid a practice application foundation in digitalization development of cockpit.
