在现代社会中,安防工作无处不在。传统的视频监控系统布线复杂,成本较高,越来越不能满足人们的需求。为了利用现有的以太网络,本文提出了一种基于gst-rtsp-server流媒体服务器的网络摄像机解决方案。该系统利用GStreamer多媒体框架完成视频、音频采集,编码以及本地存储。用户可通过gst-rtsp-server流媒体服务器进行实时监控或录像文件点播。此外,在流媒体服务器中引入了FEC编码,可适应较差网络环境,完成一定程度上的数据包修复工作。

In modern society, the security work is everywhere. The traditional video monitoring system, which is complicated to be connected and relatively high cost, can hardly satisfy people's needs. In order to use the existing Ethernet network, this paper put forward a network camera solution which is based on gst-rtsp-server streaming media server. The system uses GStreamer multimedia framework to do video, audio capture , coding and local storage. Users can watch real-time monitoring or video file on demand through the streaming media server. In addition, in streaming media server introduced into the FEC coding, which make this system can adapt to a poor network environment and complete a degree of packet repair work.
