稀土氧化物对Ti(C0.7N0.3)基金属陶瓷刀具材料显微结构和力学性能的影响
Effect of Rare Earth Oxides on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ti(C0.7N0.3)-based Cermet Tool Materials
研究了两种烧结工艺条件下稀土氧化物对Ti(C0.7N0.3)基金属陶瓷刀具材料显微结构和力学性能的影响,结果表明,材料的力学性能受工艺影响很大,在烧结温度1400oC压力25MPa,保温时间为30分钟的工艺条件下,稀土氧化物的添加会大幅度的降低材料的力学性能;在温度1450oC压力25MPa,保温时间为30分钟的工艺条件下,稀土氧化物会提高材料的断裂韧性。
he effect of rare earth oxides on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti(C0.7N0.3) based cermet tool materials were studied in two sintering processes. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the materials sintered at 1400oC and 25MPa for 30min will greatly decrease with the content of rare earth oxides, and while the fracture toughness can be improved when sintered at 1450oC and 25MPa for 30min.
