本文详细分析了一起由于断路器二次辅助节点不切换导致微机保护装置中防跳继电器和断路器合位信号继电器烧毁的事故。通过分析可以发现SF6断路器辅助触头不切换不仅会导致断路器拒动和烧毁跳闸线圈,还会引起二次回路其它元件的损坏。而且如果是第二路防跳继电器先烧毁而信号继电器和跳闸线圈没有被烧毁,则故障现象不明显会使得调试人员或运行检修人员很难及时发现问题设备而导致设备“带病运行”。因此,如果在新建变电站的整组试验过程或运行站的运行过程中,发现因断路器辅助触头不切换而导致断路器拒动或跳闸线圈烧毁时,调试人员或工作人员必须对该断路器的跳闸回路进行全面的检查,而不仅仅只检查断路器本身或更换跳闸线圈。

his paper analyze the cause that an anti-pump relay and signal relay in the protection equipment are burned due to the SF6 circle breaker‘s auxiliary contact not switching. As we can see if the circle breaker‘s auxiliary contact not switching, not only the circle breaker will be failure to operate, but also the component in the secondary circle will be burned. Moreover, it is not easy to find out the burned components if the anti-pump relay burned firstly and the signal relay , circle breaker can still work, because in this situation, the phenomenon of the burning accident is not evident, especially if the relay is burned after commission testing. When the burned components not be find out in time, it result in the equipment operating with the defects. Therefore, if the circle breaker‘s auxiliary contact not switching during the commission testing or operating, the related secondary circle must be checked in detail but not only checking the circle breaker itself.
