功能磁共振(functional magnetic resonance imaging, fMRI)是在高级脑功能认知研究以及临床疾病诊断中常用的一种技术。对功能磁共振信号的处理分析是揭示大脑功能和临床疾病的关键。目前,国际上有如SPM、AFNI、FMRISTAT等著名的磁共振分析软件。本文主要介绍了一种本实验室自主开发的磁共振分析软件。本软件除具有和其他类似软件的基于假设驱动的基本数据处理功能外,还加入一部分基于数据驱动的数据处理方法如主成份分析,独立成份分析,Kendall和谐系数,Granger因果分析等本实验室的特色工作。

Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is commonly used in the research of brain function and clinical disease diagnosis. It plays a key role in exposing brain function and clinic disease, which processing fMRI signal. At present, there is much famous fMRI processing software in international, for instance SPM, AFNI, FMRISTAT etc. In this article, we mainly present new fMRI software programmed by our lab team. It integrates some techniques researched by our lab such as principal components analysis (PCA), independent components analysis (ICA), kendall concordant coefficient (KCC) and Granger causality, expert basic functions with in other software.
