Study on Preparation and Properties of Electrospun Regenerated Silk fibroin/Gelatin Blend Nanofibrous Membranes

本文以六氟异丙醇为溶剂,用静电纺丝法制备不同质量比(100/0,75/25,50/50,25/75,0/100)的再生丝素蛋白(SF)/明胶(GE)共混纳米纤维膜。研究不同含量的GE对共混纤维膜的形貌、孔径、结构、热稳定性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着GE含量的增加,纤维的平均直径增大,纤维膜的孔径略有增加,GE的加入不影响SF的分子结构,纤维膜的热稳定性提高,断裂强度减小,断裂伸长率增加,杨氏模量逐渐减小。

he electrospinning of regenerated silk fibroin (SF) and gelatin (GE) blended with the composition ratio (100/0, 75/25, 50/50, 25/75, 0/100) was performed with hexafluoroisopropanol as spinning solvent. The influence of different composition ratio on the morphology, pore size, microstructure, thermal stability and mechanical properties of SF/GE blend nanofibrous membranes was investigated in this paper. The results showed that: with the GE content increased, the average diameter of the SF/GE fibre was increased, the pore size of the SF/GE blend nanofibrous membranes was slight increased, the blends have no effect on the molecular structure, the thermal stability was improved, the tensile strength was decreased, the elongation at break was increased and the Young's modulus was reduced gradually.
