K360钢Ni基堆焊焊条的研制

本文是以K360高强耐磨钢的修复为目的,通过手工搓制法自制了焊接工艺性能良好的堆焊焊条,然后在焊条药皮的基础成分中加入Ni60合金粉末,并适当调节其含量来提高焊缝硬度和耐磨性,并观察其焊接工艺性能。实验结果表明:随着焊条药皮中Ni60合金粉末加入量的增加,堆焊层硬度和耐磨性增加,焊条工艺性能得到改善。
In this paper K360 steel is for the purpose of repairing, through manual manipulation method made a welding electrode with good Welding technicality.Then through the coating of components by adding Ni60 alloying Powder, and adjust their content to improve weld hardness and wear resistance , and observe their performance welding process. Experimental results show : With the coating by adding Ni60 alloying Powder increased, hardness and wear resistance of surfacing layer increased, electrode technology to improve performance.
