半导体晶圆制造系统的时变多目标生产控制与实例分析
n Approach of Time-Variable Multiple-Objectives Production Control for the Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication System
半导体晶圆制造系统(SWFS)是典型的大规模复杂重入型制造系统。要解决SWFS全局生产调度优化及兼顾SWFS各区派工优化的实际问题,就必须整合具时变特征的多目标生产调度方法及区域派工策略,从而建立一个高效率的时变多目标SWFS生产控制体系。本文从当前我国半导体晶圆制造企业实际生产调度的角度出发,以典型的瓶颈区域-光刻区为例,根据模糊控制理论和系统仿真方法,为SWFS区域实时派工及兼顾全局生产调度优化的类似复杂问题提供了解决方法。大量的仿真实验数据证明,该方法除了在求解速度和优化质量二者之间取得平衡外,并实现了全局及兼顾部分重要区域优化的效果,为现实SWFS的科学生产控制、调度与派工提供了有效策略和方法。
Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication System (SWFS) is the typical large-scale complicated re-entrant manufacturing system. To meet multiple objectives of fast changed as time-variable for both global and local optimization, effective production control policies must be pursued and explored. Motivated by this challenge, this paper proposes a FUZZY-based approach to solve three main issues on Time-Variable-Multiple-Objectives (TVMO) dispatching optimization for wafer fabrication. The first one is developing algorithm to determine proper priority index for each lot with simulation experiment. The second one is providing useful method to determine the stage move target for all stages. The third one is using dispatching criteria matrix table to perform real-time dispatcher for specific area. The study of dispatching optimization that provides positive support for related researches of production planning, scheduling, dispatching and control in the semiconductor manufacturing field.
