肺癌患者家庭照顾者创伤后应激障碍的现状及影响因素研究

Objective:To investigate the post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) status of the family caregivers of lung cancer patients and analyse the influencing factors ,and to provide reference for targeted nursing intervention.Methods:Totally 150 family caregivers of lung cancer patients were investigated with General Information Questionnaire,Family Hardiness Index(FHI),and PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C).Single factor analysis and correlation analysis were applied to screen the statistical significant variables. Then the multiple linear regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of PTSD. Results:The total score of PTSD was(43.7313.75).The total score of PTSD was negatively correlated with the total score of family resilience (P < 0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that female, unemployed, spouse and parents were the risk factors of PTSD in family caregivers of lung cancer patients, while the higher the level of education and family resilience, the lower the level of PTSD..Conclusion:The PTSD level of family caregivers of lung cancer patients is above the medium level. Affected by many factors, nurses can explore family-based intervention measures to enhance the family resilience of family caregivers, reduce the occurrence of PTSD and improve their quality of life.
