奶山羊泌乳期乳房炎的氧化损伤与抗氧化能力变化
Oxidative damage and changes of antioxidant defense system in mastitis goat during lactation
为探讨奶山羊泌乳期乳房炎的氧化损伤与抗氧化功能,实验测定了患病奶山羊血清和乳腺组织中的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果表明,患病奶山羊血清和乳腺组织中SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活性明显低于正常对照组 (P<0.01),MDA含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。患病奶山羊血清和乳腺组织中脂质过氧化物含量升高、抗氧化系统功能降低是乳腺组织细胞病理损伤的重要原因之一。
o study the oxidative damage and the antioxidant status in mastitis goats during lactation, the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)), catalase (CAT) and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA)in serum and mammary gland of mastitis goats were detected. The results showed that the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT in serum and mammary gland were significantly lower in mastitis goat compared to the control(P<0.01). Simultaneously, the content of MDA in serum and mammary gland from mastitis goat was significantly higher than the control(P<0.01). The increasing of lipid peroxide and the imbalance of antioxidant defense system in serum and mammary gland from mastitis goat possibly is one reason of the cytopathological damage in mammary gland.
