细胞治疗在肝损伤修复中的应用研究

he liver, an organ for metabolism and digestion, is in charge of deoxidation, hepatic glycogen storage and synthesis of secretory proteins in vivo. Therefore, the recovery of hepatic injury is still a key task in clinical medicine. With the development of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, liver transplantation is gradually replaced by cellular therapy in the treatment of terminal-stage hepatic injury. This paper reviews the cell types, techniques and prospects of cellular therapy involved in hepatic injury repair.
