肺主肃降与“肺为水之上源”相关性的实验研究及其应用探讨

［Objective］To discuss the correlation between the descending and clearing movement of the lung qi and “the lung is the upper origina of water”, so as to supply more ways for TCM clinics to deal with diseases caused by the lung which loses its descending and clearing movement. ［Methods］85 guinea pigs were divided into two groups, the blank group and the control group (athma group). Using RIA method to examine the density of ADH in the plasma and Bradford method to examine the content of AQP-2 in the urine of the guinea pigs and observe the change of unrine. ［Results］Urine quantity in the control group were obviously less than that of the blank group（P<0.05）, ADH density in the plasma of the control group was obviously higher than that of the blank group ( p<0.05), AQP-2 content in the urine of the control group was also obviously higher than that of the blank group ( p<0.01). ［Analysis And Conclusion］The function of “the lung is the upper origination of water” is presented and performed by the descending and clearing movement of the lung qi, they have close correlation. The ascending of the density of ADH in the plasma and the content of AQP-2 in the urine is one of the pathophysiologic basis of the slow water metabolism and the reducing of urine under the condition of the asthma. Meanwhile, the result mentioned that except the normal method of clearing the lung and descending the lung qi, methods of activating qi and promoting the circulation of water should be considered in the TCM treatment process of asthma, emphysema, etc. Formulas such as Wulingsan, Wupiyin, Shipisan could be considered.
