为不断增强产品的市场竞争力,本文依据LYN(S)-1100×500摇床现有的技术资料,对其进行优化设计和数控加工。首先利用Solidworks软件进行三维零件建模,采用自下而上的方法进行装配体的装配。然后,在Mastercam软件中设计核心部件摇床面的数控加工路径,使用后处理程序得到摇床面的数控加工程序。最后,根据优化设计的相关结论,导出该产品的二维工程图和数控程序。

In order to continuously enhance the competitiveness of products in the market,this paper based on LYN (S) -1100 × 500 Table existing technical information,optimize the design and NC machining. Firstly using Solidworks software for three-dimensional parts modeling, the assembly using the bottom-up method to assemble.Then, core component of shaking table ,the table surface,using the Mastercam software to design,and using post-processing procedures to get the NC machining program of the table surface. Finally, according to the relevant conclusions of the optimum design, export the products of 2D engineering drawings and CNC programs.
