大鼠实验性流产模型的建立及黄芪多糖对其的影响
Establishment of LPS-induced Abortion in Rats and the Effect of Astragalus Polyaccharin
本实验采用怀孕7天SD大鼠尾静脉注射细菌脂多糖,建立大鼠流产模型,随机分为正常对照组、流产模型组、黄芪多糖组,对照组与模型组分别于4~9天口服生理盐水2ml/日,黄芪多糖组于怀孕4~9天口服黄芪多糖2ml/日,实验第10天麻醉处死各组大鼠,计数妊娠成功率和流产率,以研究黄芪多糖对实验性流产大鼠保胎的作用。结果表明:LPS诱导大鼠流产模型流产率高达72.73%,而对照组和黄芪多糖组流产率分别为8.33%和16.67%,与模型组比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。LPS可以诱导建立大鼠流产模型,中药成分黄芪多糖对实验性大鼠流产具有一定的保护作用。
Spragye Dawley SD rats injected with Lipopolysaccharides LPS 1冚g in tail vein on Day 7 of pregnancy were used as aborting model. The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group, the abortion model group and the group treated with the Astragalus Polyaccharin. The control group and the abortion model group were given normal saline 2ml from Day 4 to Day 9 of pregnancy via gastrogavage, the treated group were given Astragalus Polyacchari 2ml during the same period. All the rats were killed on Day 10 of pregnancy, abortion ratios were assessed. A high miscarriage rate up to 72.73% was observed in the LPS induced abortion group in contrast to the control group, which was only 8.33%. Abortion rate induced by LPS was decreased after treatment with Astragalus Polyaccharin.
