森林生态系统服务功能评价初探-以平顶山市为例

森林生态系统服务功能评价是为了评价特定区域内的森林生态系统的各种直接或间接服务功能的经济价值。本研究的目的是评估平顶山市森林生态系统服务功能的价值,为平顶山市合理规划森林资源与利用森林的生态效益提供依据。本研究采用价值量评估法,把森林生态服务功能的价值分为直接经济价值和间接经济价值,根据《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》,对平顶山市森林的生态系统服务功能进行评估。结果表明:平顶山市森林生态系统服务功能总价值为1007045.01万元/a,其中直接经济价值为56545万元/a,占总服务功能价值的5.61%;在间接经济价值中,以涵养水源功能价值所占比例最大,为45.15%;固碳释氧功能占总价值的比例为36.41%;净化大气环境功能价值占5.40%;固土保肥功能价值占7.43%。

he assessment of the forest ecosystem services is to evaluate the direct or indirect value of the forest ecosystem service in certain areas. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the value of the forest ecosystem service in Pingdingshan city, To provide the basis for the reasonable planning for the urban forest resources and the utilization of the ecological benefits of forest. In this assessment,we use the value evaluation method, The value of the forest ecosystem service is divided into direct economic value and indirect economic value. Based on the frame of the《Specifications for assessmentof forestecosystem services in China》,the value of the forest ecosystem service in Pingdingshan city were assessed.The results show that:The total value of the forest ecosystem service in Pingdingshan city is 10070.4501 million yuan. One of direct value account for 5.61%,about 565.45 million yuan;About the indirect value, The largest part is the economic value of water conservation function.,counting for 45.15% of the total value; fixing carbon and releasing oxygen service value accounts for 36.41%; Purify environment function take of the total value of 5.40%; The economic value of the function of keeping the soil account for 7.43%.
