胰腺癌中SOX17表达及其对细胞增殖的影响
Expression of SOX17 in pancreatic cancer cells and its function on cell proliferation
目的：研究SOX17基因在胰腺癌及胰腺导管上皮细胞中的表达及功能。方法：通过RT-PCR检测SOX17在不同细胞系中的表达情况，使用siRNA对SOX17基因进行干扰，CCK-8检测细胞增殖能力变化。结果：SOX17在胰腺癌细胞系中呈高表达状态，对SOX17进行siRNA处理后，细胞增殖能力减弱。结论：本研究通过对胰腺癌细胞系及胰腺导管上皮细胞进行SOX17基因表达检测，发现SOX17在胰腺癌细胞中呈高表达状态，进一步的基因干扰及细胞增殖实验发现SOX17可能在胰腺癌中发挥抑癌作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and function of SOX17 in pancreatic cancer. Methods: RT-PCR was performed to investigate the expression of SOX17 in cell lines. siRNA was used to down regulate the expression of SOX17 in cancer cells. CCK-8 test was performed to evaluate the proliferation function. Results: SOX17 was highly expressed in pancreatic cancer cell lines and siRNA could down regulate its expression. Furthermore, SOX17-siRNA inhibit the growth of pancreatic cancer cells. Conclusion: SOX17 was highly expressed in pancreatic cancer and it may play an important role in pancreatic cancer progression.
