针刺足三里对胃粘膜损伤模型穴区活组织间液影响的研究

Objectives: observe the influence of body fluid in points by acupunture at zusanli points, in order to provide experimental basis for researching the modulator of stomach and correlation between meridian and zang-fu。Methods: we replicate rabbit model of gastric mucosal damage induced by perfusion of ethanol into stomach。They are divided into Zusanli points group, Shousanli points group, Huantiao points group, Weizhong points group, Nun-points group and compared with blank group, to observe the changes of Ca2+、Na+、Cl－、K+ and ATPase、NOS、red blood cell morphology, gene expression of grow factor in points, by instilling pure water into points with ambi-needle and using the fine needle aspiration method。Results: compared with non-points, we certify that the density of Ca2+、Na+、K+、Cl－is different significantly before and after model（P<0.05）; The difference in shousanli points is not significantly (P>0.05)。Through assay of contents in ATPase, we can certify that its changes are not significant before and after model（P<0.05）；change of contents in NOS is significant before and after model in every group（P<0.05）。Conclusion: to adjust body fluid equilibration of Ca2+、Na+、Cl－、K+ in points by acupunture, promote NOS synthesis and erythrocyte aggregation, it is a kind of mechanism of correlation between meridian and zang-fu 。Study trait: to observe the influence of body fluid in points, we set up a kind of method by instilling pure water into points with ambi-needle and using the fine needle aspiration and provide experimental means for researching the characteristic of correlation between meridian and zang-fu 。
