针对平煤二矿的采掘接替紧张局面和巷道围岩变形特征,在平煤二矿庚20-F23070工作面运输顺槽开展高水速凝材料巷旁充填沿空留巷工业性试验。本文结合试验,介绍了科学的充填工艺流程,采用了钢筋网、预埋对拉锚栓对充填体整体加固的新技术和补打锚杆锚索进行二次支护的围岩控制技术。试验成果表明,沿空留巷后巷道围岩变形稳定,可为下工作面服务,对二矿具有显著的技术经济效益和社会效益。

gainst the feature of miscorrelation of driving and mining and wall rock deformation in roadway in No.2 Mining Industry Company in Ping Ding Shan, the author carried out industrial experiment of high moisture quick setting material for roadway backfilling. According to the industrial experiment, this paper mainly introducing the scientific process of fulfilling, and raised the implementation of using reinforcement fabric cover for filling mass, on this basis, make a second bolt and cable anchor for secondary support, which is an effective technical system of controlling the deformation of surrounding rocks. It is proved that using quick setting material for roadway backfilling is beneficial for reducing the tunneling rate, improving coal recovery, serving for the next face, which has significant technical and economic benefits for No.2 Mining Industry Company in Ping Ding Shan.
