通过建立太平洋水动力模型,计算得到福岛核泄漏发生后,相关海域核素的扩散规律、福岛核污水船运排放预测及距离海岸1公里隧道核污水排放预测情况。计算结果表明:无论是在沿海,还是一公里后排放,放射性核素会很快扩散到沿岸。同时鱼类会在近海游动,长期的核素排放,放射性核素容易在生物体聚集,对环境和生物造成一定的影响。要坚持人类生命共同体原则、核安全原则、国际法原则、合作发展原则。核污水排放要明确定义和类别,公开数据;坚持科学研究,明确应急对策,树立循环机制;坚持科学预测,环境保护;坚持程序正当,法律授权。

At the same time, fish will swim in the coastal waters, and long-term radionuclides will be discharged, and radionuclides will easily accumulate in organisms, causing certain environmental and biological impacts. We must adhere to the principles of the community of human life, nuclear safety, international law, and cooperative development. The discharge of nuclear sewage should be clearly defined and classified, and data should be disclosed; insist on scientific research, clarify emergency countermeasures, and establish a recycling mechanism; insist on scientific prediction and environmental protection; insist on proper procedures and legal authorization.
