杜仲抗HIV gp41活性部位的研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ANTI - HIV ACTIVITY OF
目的:研究杜仲活性成分对HIV gp41六股螺旋束的抑制作用,为寻求新的抗HIV病毒进入抑制剂提供实验依据。 方法:杜仲萃取物配制成1mg/ml的样品液,用高效液相法检测样品对HIV gp41六股螺旋束结构形成的抑制作用,并采用酚试剂法检测样品中的鞣酸含量。 结果:杜仲提取物浓度1mg/ml可有效降低gp41峰高,1mg/ml的样品中含鞣酸10ug/ml 结论:杜仲可抑制HIV gp41六股螺旋束的形成,其有效成份可能不包括鞣酸。
Objective:Investigation the anti - HIV effects of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv, so as to provide experimental basis for searching a new efficacious drug for treatment of AIDS. Methods:Using phytochemistry to isolate compounds from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv, the inhibitory activity of Samples on the gp41 six-helix bundle formation was determined by a modified HPLC. Results:The Samples from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv had potent inhibitory activity on the gp41 six-helix bundle formation. Conclusion:Eucommia ulmoides Oliv inhibits HIV by targeting gp41 six-helix bundle formation.
