基于红外原理的20KV气体绝缘金属封闭开关在线测温系统设计

作为20kV中压配电网的重要电气设备,20kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关(GIS)的运行情况将直接影响配电网的安全运行。因此,检测和监视GIS触点、母线和高压电缆接头的温度,对于提前发现和排除GIS热故障隐患,提高配电网运行可靠性具有非常重要的意义。本文根据红外线可实现安全、非接触、高精度在线测温的特点,设计了一套20kV GIS红外在线测温系统,并对该系统的基本结构,功能及软硬件实现进行了全面的介绍。
s an important electrical equipment in the Medium Voltage Distribution Network,the condition of the 20kV Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS) would have direct infulence for the safe operation of the Distribution Network.Therefore, it has very important significance to discover and eliminate the GIS hot breakdown and improve the operation liability of the Distribution Network according to the temperature measuring and monitoring about the contact,bus and cable joints of the GIS. According to the infrared ray can realize safety, non-contact, high precisious on-line temperature measurement,this paper designed a 20kV infrared online temperature measuring system which basic structure,function and the realization of software and hardware has been introduced roundly.
