本文是基于电能质量研究的需要,研制高精度,低成本的电力谐波信号发生器提供给电能质量研究者以测试配电系统的谐波阻抗,测试用户电力设备解决电能质量问题的能力,校准电力参数检测装置。基于DDS技术的信号发生器模块的FPGA开发是本文的核心,文章分析了谐波产生的原理和直接频率合成技术(DDS)的原理,并进行了仿真分析,采用编程方式实现了高达21次的任意谐波信号的叠加,本文应用了双端口的片内RAM改进了DDS的数据存储方式,从而实现了任意电能质量信号波形的输出。

Based on the requirement of power quality study, the article is to develop high accuracy, low cost power quality signal generating device and provide them to the researchers for electrical power distribution system harmonic impedance test, to exam the quality improving ability of users’ facilities, to calibrate the electric power parameter detector set. FPGA.The core of the article is the FPGA development of technical signal generating device module that bases on DDS. Which discussed the principle of DDS and harmonic signal generator,and carried on the simulation analysis, selected the programming method to realize random harmonic signals superimposition as high as 21 times. Dual-port internal RAM is applied to improve the data storage of DDS in this paper.random power quality waveform output is realized.
