流程挖掘能够提取业务流程中的人力资源使用情况,从而支持员工管理和流程改进。通常情况下,来自同一组织的资源在流程执行中表现出相似的特征,如执行同一组流程活动或参与相同类型的案例。这是组织内分工分配的自然结果。而这些特征可以按照不同的流程维度进行建模,本文使用执行上下文的概念来描述资源组,并且提出一个从事件日志中自动学习执行上下文的方法。该方法对定义执行上下文的分类规则进行编码,定义目标函数和约束,并配置搜索参数,使用模拟退火算法得到分类规则,进而得到执行上下文。该方法有助于更全面地理解资源行为和组织流程,为业务流程管理和资源优化提供了更深入的支持。经过两个真实的业务流程事件日志数据进行评估,在流程上下文提取问题上本文方法的性能取得优势,具有较高的实用性。

Process mining can extract human resource usage in business processes to support employee management and process improvement. Often, resources from the same organization exhibit similar characteristics in process execution, such as performing the same set of process activities or participating in the same type of case. This is the natural result of the division of labor within the organization. While these characteristics can be modeled in different process dimensions, this paper uses the concept of execution context to describe resource groups and proposes a method to automatically learn execution context from event logs. This method encodes the classification rules that define the execution context, defines the objective functions and constraints, configures the search parameters, uses the simulated annealing algorithm to get the classification rules, and then gets the execution context. This approach contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of resource behavior and organizational processes, and provides more in-depth support for business process management and resource optimization. After the evaluation of two real business process event log data, the performance of this method is superior in process context extraction, and it has high practicability.
