近年来,磁场在骨组织相关疾病的治疗中的作用引起广泛关注,磁场对参与骨重建的成骨细胞和破骨细胞都有显著影响,也能影响骨的形成。本文综述了脉冲电磁场对于成骨细胞、破骨细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨细胞方向的分化以及骨形成影响的研究进展,探讨了磁场对它们的作用机制,对骨折、骨质疏松症等相关疾病的研究具有参考意义。

In recent years, the role of magnetic fields in the treatment of bone-related diseases have been widely concerned. Magnetic fields have significant effect on osteoblasts and osteoclasts, and it can also affect bone formation. This article reviewed the effect of pulsed electromagnetic fields on osteoblasts, osteoclasts, bone formation and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and discussed the mechanism in them, which may provide references for the studies of fracture, osteoporosis and other related diseases.
