财政竞争影响资源错配的空间溢出效应

t the present stage, China\'s economic development has entered a new normal. The improvement of total factor productivity is crucial to economic development, and optimizing the efficiency of resource allocation is also the key to improve total factor productivity. Based on the database of Chinese industrial enterprises from 2000 to 2007, this paper uses LP method to measure the degree of resource mismatch in 267 prefecture-level cities in China, tests the spatial correlation of resource mismatch among regions in China, establishes SDM spatial panel model for empirical test, and classifies spatial spillover effects into "crowding out effect, demonstration effect and spillover effect". This paper discusses the spatial spillover effect of fiscal competition on resource mismatch from four competitive means: fiscal decentralization, fiscal subsidy, fiscal expenditure and tax effort. The results show that the degree of resource misallocation in China generally presents a downward trend, and the efficiency of resource allocation in the eastern region is obviously better than that in the central and western regions. The spatial spillover effect of resource misallocation is positively influenced by fiscal decentralization, fiscal expenditure and fiscal subsidy competition, while the spatial spillover effect of resource misallocation is negatively influenced by tax competition.
