揉腹法治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效研究

Objective Discussion on the core technique of abdominal Tuina "abdomen kneading method" on the clinical effect of non alcoholic fatty liver；Method The study included 61 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients in 2012 June to 2014 June in this hospital.The selected patients were divided into abdomen kneading method group and Western medicine group, treatment for 12 weeks by using the method of clinical randomized and controlled study.B ultrasound, cholesterol, triglyceride, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase as observation index. Objective index changes before and after treatment between groups. Result After treatment, two groups of indexes were improved. In B ultrasound and blood lipid, abdominal Tuina method group was better than control group，In liver function, no significant difference between two groups. In clinical curative effect show the abdomen kneading method group and Western medicine group with statistical difference through the Ridit value detection, , and better than western medicine group. Conclusion Abdomen kneading method is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy of non alcoholic fatty liver, and can improve blood lipid and liver function.?????
