本文的研究是在短花针茅荒漠草原选取试验区域。通过设定不同载畜率,对照区(CK)、轻度载畜区(LG)、中度载畜区(MG)和重度载畜区(HG),以短花针茅荒漠草原试验区域为研究对象,研究不同载畜率对荒漠草原植物物种多样性的影响。其载畜率分别为0、0.91、1.82和2.71羊单位/hm2/半年,每种处理重复3次,每年6月开始放牧,系统的研究不同载畜率对荒漠草原植物物种多样性的的影响。本文研究结果为:1、轻度放牧时,物种丰富度最大,说明在轻度载畜区有利于维持短花针茅荒漠草原的物种多样性。2、不同载畜率下对均匀度指数有显著影响,随着载畜率的增加,均匀度指数升高。3、Shannon-wiener指数随载畜率先增加后降低,对照区最高,即在放牧条件下不利于维持短花针茅荒漠草原的物种多样性。4、Simpson多样性指数在中度载畜率区有利于维持短花针茅荒漠草原的物种多样性。

he research of this paper is to select test area in Stipa breviflora desert steppe. By setting different stocking rate ,control area (CK). light containing stocking area (LG), moderate stocking area (MG) and severe stocking area (HG) .Using the Stipa breviflora desert steppe test area as the research object to research the different influence to desert steppe plant species diversity because of stocking rate. The stocking rates were 0. 0.91. 1.82 and 2.71 sheep units /hm2/ half a year. Each treatment was replicated three times . Grazing begin in June each year. Researching the different influence to desert steppe plant species diversity because of stocking rate systemically. The results were as follows: 1. The species richness was the largest in moderate grazing condition. This shows that the light stocking rate promote the plant species diversity in desert steppe. 2. Evenness index have a significant effect in different stocking rates. With the increasing of stocking rate. evenness index increased. 3. Shannon-wiener index first increased as the stocking decreased and then reduced. the control area is the highest. This shows that grazing condition is bad for desert steppe plant species diversity 4. Simpson diversity index in moderate stocking area is suited for desert steppe plant species diversity.
