钙掺杂铁氧化物的制备及催化氧化邻二氯苯性能研究

本文以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为结构导向剂,采用共沉淀法制得了系列钙掺杂铁氧化物催化剂,用XRD、氮吸附-脱附、TEM等技术对其进行表征分析,考察了所制得的催化剂催化氧化o-DCB的反应活性。结果表明,介孔钙掺杂铁氧化物具有高催化活性,研究发现钙掺杂量对于催化剂的活性具有重要影响,钙含量为9.5 mol%的催化剂表现出最高的反应活性,该催化剂的高活性可以归因于在α-Fe2O3表面生成了高度分散的CaCO3,通过α-Fe2O3和CaCO3之间的协同作用,提高了催化反应活性。
In this paper, a series of Ca-doped iron oxide catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method with CTAB as the structure-directing agent, and characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and TEM. The catalytic properties for catalytic oxidation of o-DCB were also investigated. The results showed that the doping amount of Ca had a great effect on the catalytic activity. The catalyst with Ca content of 9.5 mol% exhibited the highest activity, which could be related to the formation of CaCO3 highly dispersed on the surface of α-Fe2O3, and the remarkable synergic effect between CaCO3 and α-Fe2O3.
