为探讨外源性金属硫蛋白(MT)对奶牛抗应激能力的影响,选取24头中国荷斯坦奶牛经产泌乳母牛,随机等分为A、B、C、D 4组,分别每头静脉注射经生理盐水溶解的Zn-MT 0(对照),5.0,10.0和15.0 mg,测定了各组奶牛的GSH-Px、SOD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:B组、C组和D组奶牛的GSH-Px、SOD、CAT和T-AOC均显著(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)高于对照组;而MDA含量均显著(P﹤0.05)低于对照组。说明MT不失为一种能够有效调控奶牛抗应激能力的生理活性物质。

In order to approach the effects of exogenous metallothionein(MT) on anti-stress ability in dairy cattle, 24 lactating cows from Chinese Holstein wrer used in this experiment. They were randomly allocated to Group A,groupB, Group C and Group D,and MT was supplemented at 0 mg.capita-1,5.0 mg.capita-1,10.0 mg.capita-1 and 15.0mg.capita-1 respectively by intravenous injection.The results showed that the activities of blood GSH-Px, Erythrocyte SOD and serum CAT and the serum levels of the cows in group B,Group C and Group D were higher(P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01)than those in Group A,while the serum MDA content were lower(P﹤0.05)than those in Group A. The experimental results suggested that exogenous MT should be an effective anti-stress substance and physiologic accommodation composition for dairy cattle.
