WO3/TiO2-ZrO2催化剂选择性催化还原NOx的研究
Selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3 over WO3/TiO2-ZrO2 catalysts
采用共沉淀法制备TiO2-ZrO2固溶体载体,采用浸渍法负载WO3得到系列WO3/ TiO2-ZrO2催化剂样品,考察WO3的负载量变化对WO3/TiO2-ZrO2催化剂SCR脱硝活性的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、BET比表面积测定(BET)、NH3-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、H2-程序升温还原(H2-TPR)以及高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)等表征技术对催化剂的物理化学性质进行分析。研究结果表明:9% WO3/TiO2-ZrO2的催化剂具有良好的脱硝性能,反应温度窗口宽且热稳定性好。相关表征结果显示,TiO2-ZrO2载体呈无定形态,三相催化剂具有较大的比表面积;WO3活性组分高度分散在载体表面并与载体具有较强的相互作用。
iO2-ZrO2 solid solution carriers were synthesized by a co-precipitation method and were impregnated with WO3 to obtain series of WO3/ TiO2-ZrO2 catalysts. The influence of WO3 loadings on the catalyst activity was investigated. The catalysts were characterized by using a combination of X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET surface area, NH3-Temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), H2-Temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope (HRTEM). It is found that 9% WO3/ TiO2-ZrO2 has a better de-nitration activity within the wide temperature range and exhibits excellent stability at high temperature. The characterization results indicates that: TiO2-ZrO2 carrier is amorphous with large specific surface area; WO3is highly dispersed on the carrier and interacts strongly with the binary oxides support.
