本文设计了一个电子政务文档安全传输系统,系统主要使用了密码学中的PKI技术、HTTP代理技术、SSL技术保证文档传输的完整性的同时,能够防止对文档内容的伪造,并且做到了对电子文档内容审批的不可抵赖性,系统通过对用户文档进行授权可以实现对用户访问文档行为的控制,做到了文档、用户、权限的映射,实现了访问控制的作用。该设计基于当前企业已有的电子政务系统环境进行部分改造,即可实现政府和企业电子政务系统中对于电子文档安全性的要求,为企业和政府节省了成本,提高了已有系统的利用率。
his paper designs an electronic government document security transmission system, the system mainly uses PKI technology in cryptography, HTTP proxy technology, SSL technology to ensure the integrity of file transfermming, prevent the forgery of the documents' content and ensure the non-repudiation of electronic document's approving. The behavior of users' accession to document can be controled by authorizing, so that access control role can be achieved. The design has been based on the current business environment of e-government system, which not only can achieve the requirements of the government and enterprise e-government system for the electronic document security but also can save the costs so that improve utilization of existing systems.
