焦化厂焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝技术路线的选择
Selection of technical route for desulfurization and denitrification of Coke Oven flue gas in coking plant
本文以唐山某焦化厂的焦化烟气为对象,探究焦炉烟气的特点,通过对比目前实际可靠的焦炉烟气除尘脱硫脱硝技术,选择了CFB半干法脱硫除尘技术及补燃SCR脱硝作为本焦化厂的脱硫脱硝技术路线,介绍了两种技术的工艺原理,为焦化行业烟气净化工艺路线选择提供一定的参考意义。
In this paper,the coking of flue gas desulfurization denitration technology route choice of a coking plant in tangshan as the research object, explore the characteristics of coke oven flue gas, by comparing the current practical reliable coke oven flue gas dust removal desulfurization denitration technology, chose the CFB half dry desulfurization dust removal technology and afterburning SCR denitration as desulfurization denitration technology route of this plant, introduces the process principle of two kinds of technology, It provides some reference significance for the selection of flue gas purification process route in coking industry.
