基于纵波掠射法,本文运用超声波水浸聚焦法研究了新型ZrAlNi三元金属玻璃超声性能。用铜模吸铸法制备了直径为4mm,切削成长度为9mm的柱状用于超声测量。结合热分析测量结果分析发现,不同成分非晶合金的超声纵波声速和横波声速与其玻璃转变温度Tg和玻璃化温度Tx变化规律一致;同时,弹性模量对成分变化敏感,杨氏模量E和剪切模量G均增加而泊松比减小。E和G与Tg之间的线性关系表明非库伦部分的内部原子作用势对于大块非晶合金的热力学和弹性变形行为有重要的意义。

he compositional dependence of ultrasonic properties of the [Ni3Zr8]Alx (x = 1,1.5, 2, 3) bulk metallic glass forming alloys has investigated by the ultrosonic immerse-water technique wich is based on the longitudinal wave grazing incidence. The samples with diameter of 4mm for the ultrasonic measurement are prepared by the copper mold casting and cut the rods with length of 9mm. Combined with the results of the thermal analysis, the ultrasonic velocity of longitudinal velocity Vl and transversal velocity Vt show the same trend as the glass transition temperature Tg and the onset crystallization temperature Tx with the increasing Al concentration. Elastic modulus of Shear modulus G and Young's modulus E, which are very sensitive to the change of the content of Al, increase with increasing Al concentration but the Poisson's ratio σ decreases. The linear correlation between the Tg and the elastic constants implies that non-Coulomb part of the interatomic potentials plays a significant role in both the thermal and elastic deformation behaviors in these bulk metallic glasses.
