基于DEA的我国煤炭上市公司投入产出效率研究

煤炭是我国目前主要的能源之一，煤炭行业在国民经济发展中具有重要的作用。本文运用DEA的BCC模型，利用2010年的上市公司报表数据，对32家煤炭上市公司的效率进行分析。结果表明，18家公司整体处于无效率状态，只有9家达到相对有效水平，其余5家无规模效率。11家公司规模报酬递增、7家规模报酬不变，而14家规模报酬递减。
Coal is the main energy resources in china. Coal industry plays a major role in economic development. The paper analyses input-output efficiency of 32 coal mining listed companies, using the BCC model of DEA with financial data of 2010.It is found that 18 companies were inefficiency.Only 9 companies were relatively efficiency and 5 companies were sacle inefficiency.11 companies obtained increasing return to scale , 7 companies had constant returns to scale, while 14 companies just received decreasing returns to scale.
