VHF frequency-hopping radio receiver front-end design and simulation studies
通过对VHF跳频电台接收机射频前端的介绍,运用Agilent公司的射频设计仿真软件ADS对整个接收机射频前端电路进行仿真和电路设计,构建了一个由保护电路,预选滤波器,低噪声放大器和自动增益控制电路组成的射频前端电路模型,并对其进行仿真,最后的实验结果表明,该文所设计的射频前端达到了系统的设计要求,并有所改善。
By presenting the VHF frequency-hopping radio receiver front end, based on the RF design and simulation software ADS by Agilent, this paper makes a receiver front-end RF circuit simulation and circuit design. A circuit protection, pre-filter, low-noise amplifier and automatic gain control circuit are constucted, and simulation after the circuit optimization, the final results show that the RF front-end in this paper meets the requirements for the system and improves.
