面向空分装备重构放大设计的半实物仿真方法

为了实现空分装备的重构放大设计,提出精馏系统物理-数学混合仿真方法。将半实物仿真概念引入精馏系统放大设计中,将深低温精馏系统数学模型转化成仿真计算模型,实现精馏过程的数学仿真。精馏塔作为精馏系统的主要部机,采用填料的结构形式。构造填料塔的物理模型,并在物理模型基础上进行试验研究,通过系统环境中的相似关系,实现填料塔物理效应仿真。半实物仿真方法将填料塔物理效应模型引入精馏系统的仿真回路中,解决了现有空分装备仿真只能进行物理仿真或数学仿真,难以实现整体系统级仿真的问题。同时,利用虚拟仪器技术开发了精馏系统物理-数学混合仿真平台,并在大型空气分离类成套装备的设计开发中得到了应用验证。

o achieve the amplification design of air separation equipment, a method of physical-digital hybrid simulation for the distillation system was proposed. The concept of semi-physical simulation was introduced into the enlargement of the distillation system. Firstly, the mathematical model of cryogenic distillation system was built and translated to the simulation calculation model, so the mathematical simulation of rectification process can be carried out. A rectifying column as the main machine adopted the structure of packing. Secondly, the physical model of packed tower was constructed and investigated experimentally. The physical effects simulation of packed tower can be carried out through the similar relationship in system environments. The method of semi-physical simulation introduced the physical model of packed tower into the loop simulation of distillation system. Finally, physical and digital hybrid simulation platform of the distillation system was developed using virtual instrumentation. The platform has been verified in the design and development of large air separation equipment.
