中职生遭遇社会排斥的心理阈下干预技术实证研究

An empirical study on the intervention program for social exclusion in vocational school students

中职生在人际交往过程中常遇到各类排斥现象,且诱发不同的消极情绪。个体通常采用自动化情绪调节的方式,自我调整。本研究采用心理阈下干预技术对127名中职生予以事先教育,观察其在不同社会排斥情境发生后运用相应策略进行自动化情绪调节的效果。研究表明(1)被拒绝组的学生情绪调节效果普遍好于被放逐组;(2)被拒绝组采用应采用认知重评策略,被放逐组被试出现了截然相反的结果,该组在学习表达抑制策略后调节效果较好;(3)对于此类心理问题,提前干预效果显著,建议应对中职生事先施与相关调节策略的教育。

In the process of interpersonal communication,Secondary vocational school students often encounter various types of social exclusion, and induce different negative emotions. Individuals usually adopt automatic emotion regulation. In this study, 127 students of secondary vocational school were given the prior education by Subliminal intervention technique, ask them to use the corresponding strategies to carry out the automatic emotion regulation. Effects was observed after different social exclusion situations. The research shows that (1) the rejected group students is better than the exile group in mood adjustment ; (2)the reject group should using cognitive reappraisal strategy ,while the exile groups appeared opposite results, who should learning strategy of expression suppression; (3) for this kind of psychological problem, early intervention directs significant effect, suggests to offer prior psychological education before social exclusion.
