电源接地板上的同步开关噪声会严重影响高速电路中电源稳定性,特别是带裂缝电源/地板系统中的电源稳定性。本文通过时域全波仿真,分析了不同位置的裂缝对同步开关噪声的影响,给出了一种改善一定区域内的电源完整性的方法。
he simultaneous switch noise (SSN) on the power/ground planes can have seriously effect on the stability of power system in high-speed circuits, especially on the planes with slots. The affection of slot position on the SSN is studied by full-wave time-domain simulation. A method that can improve the power integrity of the special area on the power/ground panes is proposed.
