日韩3G业务发展分析
he Analysis of 3G in Japan and Korea
目前全球的移动通信市场在第三代移动通信技术的推动下正发生着巨大的变化。 日本和韩国的3G业务发展位居全球领先位置。日本是全球最早提供3G业务的国家。截至2006年3月，亚洲WCDMA占全球的50%以上，而亚洲绝大多数WCDMA用户来源于日本；韩国是全球第一个进行3G商用的国家。日韩是亚洲3G业务的领军人。 3G网络在国外经过多年的经营，其商业运行模式已见雏形，如何健康、稳定的获得可持续发展，是每个运营商都在考虑的问题。在这一点上，我们可以借鉴国外的成功经验，尤其是作为亚洲邻国的日本和韩国的经验。 本文从日韩3G业务许可证发放、网络建设、业务及其推广策略、移动终端对3G业务的支撑和3G业务未来发展等五个方面进行分析，以期对中国未来发展3G业务提供一些参考和帮助。
In this paper, the focus is the successful experience of 3G in Japan and Korea. The global mobile communication market is changing gigantically with the prompt of The 3rd Generation mobile communication skill nowadays. The commercial model of 3G has been accepted by most consumers through the last few years’ development abroad. We can learn from the successful foreign country especially Japan and Korea to develop healthily and constantly. We write this paper from 5 aspects: license 、network 、 equipment 、 substance and marketing 、the prospect of 3G. We hope we can learn some useful experience from Japan and Korea.
