瞿麦的化学成分研究

目的:对常用中药瞿麦Dianthus superbus L.的地上部分进行化学成分的研究。方法:采用硅胶,Sephadex-LH 20,反相C18柱等手段进行分离纯化,利用现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。 结果:从瞿麦中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为瞿麦皂苷B (1),Azukisaponin Ⅳ (2) ,3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D- glucuronopyranosyl gypsogenin 28-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl ester (3),8-C-葡萄糖基洋芫荽黄素 (4),异牡荆素 (5),20-羟基蜕皮甾酮 (6)。结论:化合物3和6为首次从瞿麦中分离得到。
In the present paper, the chemical investigation of the aerial parts of Dianthus superbus was performed by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-C18 column chromatography. 6 compounds were obtained and identified as dianoside B (1),azukisaponin Ⅳ (2) ,3-O-β-D- galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl gypsogenin 28-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L- rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl ester (3),8-C-glucosyldiosmetin (4), isovitexin (5), 20-hydroxyecdysone (6). Compounds 3 and 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
