抗病毒天然产物glaucogenin C前体化合物的合成
Synthesis of the precursor compound of anti-viral natural product glaucogenin C
Glaucogenin C及其苷类化合物是具有抗α-正链RNA病毒活性的天然产物。本文以巴豆酸乙酯为原料,通过Diels-Alder反应等6步反应,制备合成了glaucogenin C中B环的重要前体化合物,总产率为30.5%,该工作为glaucogenin C及其苷类化合物的全合成奠定了基础。
Glaucogenin C and its glycosides are natural products which own the activity of anti-alphavirus-like positive strand RNA viruses. In this paper, the precursor compound of the B-ring of glaucogenin C was synthesized using Diels-Alder reaction as a key step with ethyl crotonate as starting material in total yield of 30.5%. This work leads the foundation for the total synthesis of glaucogenin C and its glycosides.
