螺旋折流板换热器热力计算方法的研究
Improve the calculation method of Baffled spiral heat exchanger
对螺旋折流板换热器传热系数K进行研究，针对其设计计算比较复杂和计算结果与实际情况有所出入的问题，文章采用一种简化实用的数值计算方法——一元线性回归原理，经过理论计算推导出螺旋折流板换热器总传热系数K的简化计算公式。并采用相关系数法[6]对得到的直线方程进行线性检验，进而证明了其合理性。
On baffled spiral heat exchanger to study heat transfer coefficient K, for its complex design and calculation of the results and the actual situation is out of the question, the article used a simplified practical numerical methods - one yuan linear regression principle, after a theoretical calculation derived surface heat exchanger in the heat transfer coefficient K simplified formula. And a correlation coefficient of [5] to be a straight line of linear equations test, further proof of its reasonable.
