磁-压电作用惯性旋转驱动臂仿真研究
Research on Actuating Arm Simulation of Piezoelectric Rotated Actuator under Magnetic Effect
本文提出一种以磁压电共同作用的驱动臂作为惯性压电驱动器主体的方案。利用ANSYS对磁作用驱动臂结构尺寸进行了有限元分析,得到改变贴片距离、有效基板长对驱动臂自由端位移和一阶固有频率的影响规律;对磁作用驱动臂进行瞬态分析,得到其在正弦激励下的位移响应波形,为新型惯性压电驱动器的研究提供理论依据。
In this paper,the scheme which take actuating arm driven by magnetic and converse piezoelectric effect as mian body was proposed.Use Ansys to analyse the structure size of actuating arm under magnetic effect.By the way,the law of the displacement response and first-order natural frequency of actuating arm while patch distance, effective substrate long changing was get.Then do transient analysis to gain the displacement response waveform of actuating arm under sine excitation.The paper provide the theory basis for the research of new inertial piezoelectric actuator.
