铝合金表面镀Zn和镀Sn工艺研究

铝合金表面在大气中、水中马上生成氧化膜,氧化膜的存在严重影响镀层的结合力。为了消除铝合金表面氧化膜带来的的负面影响,必须对铝合金表面进行表面改性处理。以便在其表面形成一层结合力优良的防氧化金属膜。本文对铝合金表面采用化学镀工艺镀金属Zn、Sn进行了试验研究,分析了镀液配方和工艺参数对镀Zn镀Sn层的影响,确定了最佳的镀液配方和工艺条件。介绍了铝合金表面镀层结合力测试方法,探讨了浸锌溶液的配制、温度及时间对镀层结合力的影响。实验证明,采用该方法获得的镀膜层通过300℃热震试验不起皮、不鼓泡,并具有良好的结合力。
Because of oxidizing in the air or water immediately, and the oxidation can damage the adhesion of the coating, so it is difficult to plate on the surface of aluminum alloy. In order to avoid negative effect, we must take processes to change the aluminum alloy surface characteristic. So that a good adhesion metal coating which can prevent oxidize is formed on the surface of aluminum alloy. This paper Study of Electro less zinc、stannum on the surface of aluminum alloy, The effects of the composition of Electro less liquid and technical parameters on Zn and Sn layer were analyzed, and determine the optimum composition and parameters. Introduce the method how to measure adhesion on the surface of aluminum alloy. The effect of zinc dipping solution temperature and dipping time on the coating properties was discussed. It proves by the experiment that the coating obtained by this process can meet the testing of temperature shock at 300℃ and possess nice performance of adhesion.
