带正电荷的聚阳离子可与带负电的基因形成带正电荷的复合物,此二元复合物表面带有正电荷,与表面带有负电荷的蛋白复合形成三元复合物,通过细胞内吞而将基因导入细胞,并获得表达。本文对不同蛋白、聚阳离子、DNA通过静电组装形成三元复合物的基因传递研究进展作了简要综述。描述了该三元复合物在转染效率、细胞毒性等方面相比于聚阳离子/DNA二元复合物的优势。并对蛋白/聚阳离子/DNA递送体系在基因治疗领域未来的发展前景进行了探讨。

s we kown, binary complex can be formed between the cationic polymers with positive charges and genes with negative charges. Then ternary complex can be formed after assembling with protein. The ternary complex introduced the gene into cells by endocytosis and obtained the expression. In this paper, we give a briefly review about a ternary complex using as gene delivery system formed by protein, polycation and DNA. The advantages of the ternary complexes in the transfection efficiency, cell toxicity compared to the polycation / DNA binary complex were described. And we prospect for the development of the ternary complex gene delivery (protein/polycation/DNA) in the future.
