While scientific and reasonable index system model was established, concrete index system, coding pattern and calculating methods were defined, which supported the data acquisition and information management platform of nation and demonstrated cities. The research strengthened safety management of energy-saving and new power vehicles demonstrable operation, realized data acquisition, statistical analysis and evaluation research of vehicles and infrastructure operation. State-level new power vehicle industry regulation index specification was finally shaped, and energy-saving and new power vehicle demonstration operation and production quality indicators were comprehensively regulated.
