蓬子菜中香叶木苷的大鼠肠吸收研究
Study on intestinal absorption of diosmin from Galium verum L. in rat
目的：考察不同浓度及不同肠段对蓬子菜中活性成分香叶木苷大鼠肠吸收的影响。方法：采用外翻肠囊法测定大鼠肠吸收累积量。结果：建立香叶木苷肠囊液中的HPLC测定方法，绘制不同浓度情况及不同肠段的香叶木苷时间-累积吸收量模拟曲线，方程R2均大于0.9。结论：相同浓度，香叶木苷在不同肠段吸收无显著性差异。
Object：To determinate the intestinal absorption at different concentration and site of diosmin from Galium verum L. in rat. Method：Everted gut sacs method was used to determine the cumulant of intestinal absorption in rat. Result：A HPLC method for determination of diosmin in intestinal juice was established. Simulation curve of Q-t of diosmin at different concentration and site were drawn( R2＞0.9) . Conclusion：It has no significant differences in different site.)
