微波强化ClO2催化氧化处理活性艳黄染料废水
Study on Microwave-Enhanced ClO2 Catalytic Oxidation of Remazol Golden Yellow Dye Wastewater
通过实验研究了废水中活性艳黄染料的去除情况,证实了微波强化ClO2催化氧化法的高效性和可行性.研究表明:微波强化ClO2催化氧化法能够有效地去除水中活性艳黄染料,缩短反应时间,减少催化剂的用量,拓宽pH值使用范围.对于200 mg/ L的染料废水,其处理的最佳工艺条件为: 微波辐照功率400 W ,辐照时间1.5 min ,催化剂CuOn–La2O3/γ-Al2O3加入量70 g/ L ,ClO2 浓度80 mg/ L ,体系pH值为7,在此工艺条件下,脱色率达92.24%.对比不同处理工艺得出,微波强化ClO2催化氧化法能够显著地提高水中活性艳黄染料的去除效果,为染料废水的处理提供了一种行之有效的新方法.
Experiments were conducted to investigate the removal of remazol golden yellow dye in order to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of microwave enhanced chlorine dioxide (ClO2) catalytic oxidation process. The results showed that microwave enhanced catalytic oxidation process could effectively degrade contaminants in short reaction time and with low oxidant dosage, extensive pH range. Under an optimal condition (ClO2 concentration 80 mg/L, microwave power 400 W, contact time 1.5 min, catalyst dosage 70g/L, pH=7), remazol golden yellow dye removal percentage approached 92.24%.Compared with different processes, microwave enhanced ClO2 catalytic oxidation system could significantly enhance the degradation efficiency. It provides an effective technology for the removal of remazol golden yellow dye wastewater.
