精准扶贫背景下解决贫困地区因病致贫返贫问题的研究
Policy research of solving “poverty and re-poverty caused by diseases” on the background of targeted and healthy poverty alleviation
"因病致贫返贫"是现阶段导致农村地区贫困的主要原因，同时也是精准扶贫的关键内容之一。为解决贫困群众的健康问题，加大健康扶贫力度势在必行。本文列举了我国部分省对其贫困县、村采取的健康扶贫措施，并提出了防止"因病致贫返贫"的建设性意见，以期为下一步的扶贫工作提供借鉴。
"poverty and re-poverty caused by diseases" is not only the main cause of poverty in rural areas at this stage, but also the key of targeted poverty alleviation. To solve the health problems of poor people, it is imperative to increase strengths of targeted poverty alleviation. In this article, we list some of the medical measures of alleviating poverty in poor counties and villages, give some constructive advices to prevent the "poverty and re-poverty caused by diseases" and provide references for the next steps of poverty alleviation.
