基于非线性薛定谔方程,采用分步傅立叶方法,研究了非线性光纤环镜(NOLM)中交叉相位调制(XPM)引起的光开关特性,分析了群速度色散、控制光功率对输出的影响,并简要探讨了反向交叉相位调制的作用。结果表明,群速度色散导致脉冲的展宽,但只改变输出幅度谱,频率谱不变;增大控制光功率会使信号频移增大,信号畸变,同时随着信号光和控制光波长差的加大而对输出的影响加剧;此外,当控制脉冲之间间隔较小时,反向交叉相位调制会使输出减弱。

Based on the NLS equations, the optical switching of NOLM induced by XPM is researched by the split-step Fourier method. Analyzed the impact on the output of GVD and the power of control light. Studied the impact of reverse XPM briefly. The results show that GVD will broaden the signal, but only the amplitude spectrum is changed, not the frequency spectrum; increase the power of the control light will enlarge the frequency shift and distort the signal, at the same time, the impact will be intensified as the increase of the difference between the signal light and control light; besides, when the space of the control signals is small, the reverse XPM will weaken the output.
